Major update centered around our 3d modelling capabilities

  1. Adaptive Timesteppers enable more stable and easier simulation setup
  2. Various optimizations especially in our SparseTensor class and the symv multiplication kernels enable the use of unapproximated curvature operators
  3. Improved boundary conditions in the implementation of the fieldaligned derivative DS
